Program Overview

Since 2018, Turing has been at the forefront of using artificial intelligence to vet the highest-quality developers and engineers and match them with our clients. Now, we want to bring this same cutting-edge technology to friends of our Turing employees. The Client Referral Program incentivizes our employees to spread the message and contribute to a software-first world.  If your referral hires through Turing, you may receive a cash gift of up to $1,000 USD. Terms and conditions apply.

Steps to Making a Client Referral:

  • Fill out the Referral Form at the top of this page.
  • One of our referral experts will review the details and get in touch with you in 2-3 days with next steps.
  • If approved, out Client Referral team will reach out to your contact to schedule a discovery call and will keep you updated.
  • Our Turing Expert will ask them a few simple questions and get them started on hiring through Turing.
  • If your referral hires through Turing, you may receive a cash gift pending Finance Team approval.
  • Program Promotion: the first 100 referrals that lead to a discovery call will receive Turing swag!

Who Would Be a Good Candidate for Referral?

Turing’s AI-powered platform matches our deeply vetted developers to clients looking to scale their existing engineering teams, build brand-new dedicated development teams, or get comprehensive technology services solutions across AI, Cloud, and Application Engineering.  We typically work with hiring managers or directors in engineering or IT.  Before submitting a referral, please go through the checklist below.

Client candidate checklist:

  • Can work with remote engineers
  • Is a hiring manager or decision maker
  • Is able to hire engineers with 4 hours of time zone overlap
  • Director of Engineering
  • Director of IT
  • Founder or Co-founder
  • C-level Executives
  • Vice President of Engineering

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely! Team Members are encouraged to make multiple referrals if the candidates meet the program requirements.

This program was created for Turing Team Members that are not usually a part of the sales process.

Teams that are not eligible for the $1000 USD reward include Go-to-Market, hourly team members, members of the Senior Leadership Team, and Brazil and Argentina team members (LATAM team members are still able to receive Turing swag rewards for the first 100 referrals that lead to discovery calls).

The first 100 referrals that lead to a discover call are eligible to receive Turing swag.

Only referrals that result in new hiring customers are eligible for the $1000 USD reward.

Our team takes great care to develop and nurture the leads created by these referrals, so it may take a few months before a client decides to become a Turing customer. If the lead becomes a new hiring customer, we will let you know!
